I could be
I think I’ll be a writer as I have a way with words
Or possibly a rancher as I know my way ’round herds
And since I’m good with people I could make a fine valet
But with my great agility I could ‘stead take up ballet
Firefighting sounds like fun I’m sure that I could do it
Or run a plant that bottles beer I know that I could brew it
I could start a school for skip-rope it would make me jump for joy
And working in a beehive is a job that I’d enjoy
I hear that divorce lawyers get to have a lot of fun
If only I were female so that I could be a nun
I’m no superhero but I’d make a decent cop
Or a marijuana grower who would raise a potent crop
I could be a fairy I’m quite interested in magic
But if the world missed my pottery well that would be quite tragic
Then finally I realized the best thing I could be
Was one or none or all these things so long as I was me.
